Slimline Glazing & Aluminium Systems is a Surrey-based glazing solutions business. Their innovative designs are contemporary and unique, and their product range covers everything from sliding patio doors and walk on glass to bifold doors and Juliette balconies.

We spoke to their company secretary, Abigail Chapman, to see how our Health & Safety and HR & Employment Law support has helped them grow.

Abigail spoke: “At the moment our company’s growing very quickly and we’re taking on new employees which I’ve had to set up contracts for, take advice on handbooks, and what their induction criteria should be with regards to HR, so it’s been brilliant, absolutely brilliant.”

Atlas is our online management platform. With everything from creating risk assessments and taking training to logging lateness and distributing documents, it makes the day-to-day running of a business that bit easier.

Abigail concurred: “The Atlas platform is absolutely brilliant, it’s the best platform that I’ve ever used in any area.

“I’ve got immediate access to the support team and they talk me through it all the time, and they also advise me on certain items if I can’t find the template on the system. We have had really good customer service from them in regards to training and having people come out and show us how to work the system, too.”
