The Worker Protection Act is set to come into force on 26 October 2024 – and it puts a new duty on business owners to take all reasonable steps to prevent sexual harassment of employees. This means there’s a few things you need to do – like carry out a risk assessment and update your policies, because there could be big penalties if you don’t get it right.

This is a pretty daunting task, so on 22 October at 2pm, our Associate Speaker Flora Neville, will be taking you through everything you need to know to get prepared, and answering your burning questions like…

  • What is the Worker Protection Act?
  • What does it say about third-party harassment?
  • What steps do I need to take?
  • What does this look like in practice?
