Instructions for enabling an inactive user with a username

Follow the step-by-step instructions below.

1. Log in to Atlas (as a user with ‘Manage Users’ permissions).

2. Use the Company > Users menu item to navigate to the Users page.

3. Search for the user you want to enable, e.g. by typing their last name into the search bar.

4. Select to view/edit user details for this user from the Actions menu. This will show the User details page for the user (see example screenshot below).

5. Change the Atlas Access toggle from Inactive to Active. This will launch the confirmation dialog (see example screenshot below).

6. Set a new temporary password and click ‘Confirm’ to enable the user.

7. Communicate the new temporary password to this user.
