Citation launches new CQC Tool

In response to the new CQC changes that will affect all care service providers, Citation has launched CQC Pro.

Citation have recognised that care providers may need help in understanding and prioritising exactly what the CQC are looking for in order to grant an “Outstanding” rating.

CQC Pro has been designed to help our clients understand what is needed to excel in a CQC Inspection. The tool hosts a range of functions to assist care providers including;

• Record Evidence against Key Lines of Enquiry (KLOE’s)
• Run Reports showing daily compliance position
• Have a central access point for all information concerning CQC and the Fundamental Standards
• Have access to feedback surveys for users and staff to identify areas for improvement*
