The King’s Speech on Wednesday 17 July confirmed something Employment Lawyers had been aware of for a while – that Labour is planning one of the biggest upgrades of employment rights in a generation. The recently-announced Employment Rights Bill promises 11 ambitious reforms that will have a huge impact on businesses of all sizes in Great Britain.
